Raw, Day 11

Salad – greens, mushrooms, avocado, pepper, tomato, apple, oil/vinegar

banana, vitamin water,

huge greek salad, yummy!

Raw, Day 6

breakfast – banana, nectarine, mango, honey, soy milk smoothie

lunch – smallish salad – handful of greens, entire avocada, 1 small tomato, handful of grapes, oil & vinegar

I keep forgetting to list my liquid intake, but it’s not always a lot. Yesterday I had a Vitamin Water, and I just cracked one open today. (1PM)

one fig (I had grabbed two, but one got stolen)

more salad for dinner, Michael came home and made a banana-blueberry-raspberry-strawberry-milk smoothie, I had some of that too, and popcorn. Oh! I made the boys a banana-mango-milk-honey smoothie after dinner, I had some of tha too.

Raw, Day 4

Naked juice this morning

Salad – organic baby greens, red cabbage, broccoli, tomato, cheese, a whole avocado, grapes, homemade Italian.

Dinner – I made pot pie. I have a weakness for my own pot pie. However, I had a way smaller serving and I am almost regreting it – I can tell it’s just sitting there.

Tomorrow morning – banana-coconut-cacao smoothie!

Raw, day 2

green smoothie – reminder to not duplicate! 1/4 c broccoli, 1 c soy milk, 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 c ice. Too viscous, too much broccoli.

salad – baby lettuce assortment, raw sunflower seeds, cheese, broccoli, tomato, apple, homemade italian dressing

dinner was another of the above salads, minus the seeds.
