New Goals – Day 1
So, I have some new lifestyle goals. The biggest of which is to drop some unhealthy weight!
I have a six month goal, with shorter monthly goals in the interim. We’ll see how it goes. It requires dropping about 2.5 pounds a week, and I’m not sure realistic that is. I know it can be done, but does it require 2.5 hours of workout a day? Or will 30 minutes a day do along with watching what and when I eat? We’ll find out! I guess, more than weight, my goal is to be about 5 pant sizes smaller than I am now. This time next month I want to be able to slide my 14’s on without unbuttoning them, and the month after that the 12’s, and ideally I want to be back in an 8 by the end of the year. I’ve been wearing size 16 jeans, which I can slide on without opening, and which start to fall off about an hour later from the stretch jeans get. I can fit into the 14s but I don’t like how they look, so that is my short term goal. Fit in them and like how they look. Then we’ll go from there. Yah, I’m a fat ass. Someone else in a 14 or 16 might not be, but I am basically five feet even and it’s too much on my small frame. I’m not asking to be a size 0 or 2 like I was before I had kids. I’m just asking to drop back into the clothes that are in my closet.
Daily Goal: To have my hair done daily. No, not go get it done, but set it the night before (or cover it so it’s still done) so it is styled and finished for the day. I tried today, but I misjudged and my hair wasn’t dry enough to let the curlers out. I think doing this before bedtime is a better option than in the morning. I don’t wear makeup, so for me to feel “done” that hair is what needs to be done.
Those are two big goals for me, so I’m going to stop there for now. I am holding myself accountable.

Subject: #PP-609-101-306I last sent this identical email on 1/5 – I received an email this morning asking me to give feedback regarding PayPal’s dispute resolution process. Right now my feedback will be negative, as it has not been resolved. I am out tangible and digital goods. I have a seller who has not contacted me regarding sending said tangible goods or about the gross misrepresentation of the digital goods and I have PayPal, who claims to have a dispute system, but blew me off because of the digital goods, even though I was told “the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods” – so what about my tangible goods that were not shipped at the very least?
I am copying this email to The Garden Diet in the hopes my emails are being read and simply ignored. I am not giving up on a refund on these items from either the source or from PayPal.
My claim was closed [prematurely] and I cannot find any place to leave additional comments. I was told because there were no physical goods involved PayPal will not handle the complaint, however, there were physical, as well as digital, goods involved. Please see email below requesting my mailing address (which should have been provided via PayPal in the first place, now that I think of it) which was never replied to.
This item was also to include DVDs and other physical items. The email I got requesting my mailing address to send them to (see quoted below) was never replied to either. I am not only out digital items, but physical ones as well.

Raw Food & Lifestyle Change
I grabbed this off of Raw Fu – we’re currently on day 6 of this years first 100 day challenge. I thought this was worth posting. I am fairly visual, and having it broken down this way made a lot of sense to me.
The Circles of Raw Fu are the circles of your lifestyle change. Changing your lifestyle to a raw food diet isn’t just about what you are eating or not eating. It is an important life shift that runs through every aspect of who you are, and will effect and touch every part of your being.
[content omitted]
I encourage you to visualize what you want out of this challenge. What do you want out of the next 100 days? What do you want out of the next year? What do you want in your life? See it, and keep it close to you. Look at it often, and remind yourself why you are here.
The Italian artist, Michaelangelo, said “I saw the angel in the marble and I carved until I set him free.”
Set yourself free. Love yourself.
HOW IS YOUR DAY 6 GOING?
I am not super active over on Raw Fu, but it’s totally worth signing up over there. Check out the blogs at Raw Fu.com and sign up at their forums (link in the first sentence of this post). Let me know if you need an invite – I don’t know if they are still in open registration or not.

1. I am trying not to spend money in January at all (no take away food, no fun extras, etc.. just food/bills) and really cut back after that. I like to buy stuff, but I think we can do without so much stuff.
2. I’d like to lose a bit of weight.
3. I’d like to move a little faster with my apprenticeship – it’s been left by the wayside the last few months due to other house-type things that needed to be done. I’d like to be working on real live people sometime next year.
4. I’d like to stick to my raw diet a little better (see #2). I’m aiming for a constant 80/20.
5. I’d like to keep my home cleaner (though I do know a clean home is not nec. a happy home)
6. I am sure there is more, but those are the really big ones that spring to mind.

i lost 4 lbs!!! i am always 134, and i was about 130.5 on the scale at publix. yay!!!! just need to keep whatever it is up! lol
Ok, here is what I posted to BME on the subject
Fish is getting worked on next Monday, which means…….. it’s my turn next!!! So hopefully two Mondays from now I will be getting my phoenix coloured in. or at least started *laughs*
In other news, we went veggie again (ok, I went veggie again, and Fish went veggie) and I have thus far lost 4 lbs. I knew there was a reason I was on that diet. Maybe I will once again be down to my svelte goddess goodness that isn’t 135 pounds packed onto my little frame. I will be happy around 115 (I am currently 131 and 5 foot 1 on a good day. My boobs measure in at 34F (breastfeeding packed on a couple of extra cups, but I was a DD before that anyway) and my waist is 32 or 34 inches. My hips are around 40. Two pregnancies will do that to you.
