I think we’re starting this in March 2010. In the mean time, I am FreeCycling and cleaning like crazy!

  1. repair windows – Sara & Michael’s windows both need to be repaired/replaced
  2. purchase first floor accordion hurricane shutters and FreeCycle old manual shutters
  3. paint
  4. get new window shades and dressings for interior
  5. re-carpet stairs – maybe Berber?
  6. put down laminate in upstairs hall and master bedroom to match rest of bedrooms
  7. fix the hall bathroom (sink needs to be replaced, maybe cabinet too?)
  8. gut and replace downstairs “guest” bathroom
  9. fix or seal exterior dryer vent
  10. fix/replace drywall and electric in downstairs front bedroom
  11. paint downstairs front bedroom
  12. empty garage, get electric repaired, have garage painted, put up shelving and bike hooks
  13. fix ceiling in garage and living room (the popcorn is peeling, the ceiling itself is fine)
  14. fix all weather stripping and door molding, possibly replace doors?
  15. gut and replace master bath
  16. fix patio, possibly expand?
  17. expand driveway or at least fix sink hole
  18. gutters outside
  19. erect shelves in bedrooms?
  20. repair outside electric plugs
  21. clean sliding glass door tracks and possibly replace screens
  22. add handrail on stairs
  23. replace tile in kitchen, put laminate in front room – maybe black and white linoleum in kitchen?
  24. kitchen time! fix the ceiling in the kitchen – repair hole from water damage, get new light fixture, paint, expand, new appliances, it’s a total redo.
