On the flip side, we had our meeting for Dorian. He is in the top third of the class for his Hebrew reading, right where he should be for English reading. Great in math. Teachers had no complaints. He takes criticism well, does his work, behaves. Good stuff all around.
My only question/concern was his handwriting. Teacher said this was a “bad” batch of kids for handwriting, but he isn’t really concerned right now. They’ll figure it out.
My biggest problem with him is homework, but they try to keep it at a minimum. Our biggest problem is he just doesn’t have time or is too tired to bother with it. It gets done though. I just feel for him, because there isn’t much kid time between when he gets home and bedtime.
