We’ve had a lovely anniversary week. Yes, I said week. March 21 was the 7th anniversary of our hand fasting. I think I prefer celebrating in the Spring than in the Winter (our legal wedding was in November). It’s a private celebration. My family sends us gifties in November.
Sunday we went to dinner at Peking and had hibachi. We were going to go to Melting Pot but it was an hour wait. Peking is so good. I got scallops and shrimp, Michael got teriyaki beef.
All week has been delicious. I wont get into it, but I bet you can guess! No, I am not being shy about our sex life, I just don’t want to jinx it or anything. I don’t know if it’s that Spring is finally here, or that we’ve made it so long and are still so in love, or what.
We’re going to try to go to a nicer dinner next Sunday. Not this coming, this coming Sunday is my dad’s birthday. We are taking him out to dinner. I need to make a marble cake.
Been working a lot. Saari Design has some work for me too, and Mismo is back together. Lots of work on Punky Moms, as always.
Spoke with Matt this evening. That was a pleasant surprise. I don’t want to call because I don’t want to interrupt his family time, so it kind of leaves it on him to phone me. It isn’t fair at all to him, but he is much less likely to interrupt my day than the other way round. He is doing well, so yay! I am so excited for him.
