Almost every job I had lined up bagged on me. All legit reasons, but still… it makes me feel inadequate. Maybe my work sucks.
Michael sound slike he is getting a job in town. Nice shop. I don’t want to discuss it too much. Other than it not being our shop, it almost sounds too good to be true.
He might be flying to SoFla in a few weeks to work the convention. It would help us. I hope he does. I mean, I wish I could take the kids and go too, but it would be like two grand in airfare. I hope John offers to cover half his airfare (since it’s a 50/50 split on profits and he’ll be out the money it cost him for the booth at the expo if he just doesn’t go at all).
I kind of freaked out the other day. It isn’t as bad here as I felt it was, but it ain’t fairytales and roses either. I don’t think this is our last stop, but it’ll be a nice stop along the way.
I got one of my new trirals in tonight. I need to get the right ear in. It’ll take a bit longer. But hey, I got one in! I thought 5/8 would slide in, but no, it’s been a fight. Ah well.
Have I mentioned lately I love my husband? Well, I do. He things he’s disappointed us, but he hasn’t. Things just haven’t gone how we thought. No harm in that. It’s called life. You gotta live.
