this morning i went to the post office and mailed off a huge box of maternity, baby and misc clothing to hurricane relief. i was going to donate it locally, but wanted to make sure it got to where i wanted it, not to some local thrift store. also mailed out some other goodies to some people.
we got a loan to pay off our debt, so that frees up so much money every month, which is awesome. fish mentioned it to his boss yesterday and his boss said, no wonder you never have any money! i said it must be nice to have been a master carpenter and open the shop as a side thing b/c you are set for fucking life. don’t get me wrong, he worked hard for his money, he definatly earned it, but i hate that he thinks we bring in all this cash when in reality it was spent before it was earned, you know? so this is a good thing! i just have to wait a week for the check to be released so we can pay off the credit. go us!
oh, duh, stopped at the bank!
went to whole foods, bought some goodies for dinner for the rest of the week. i think we’ll have fahitas tonight, and i bought liver for my dad for tomorrow night and i have a turkey rbeast to make as well. got beans for chili, need to get crumbles though, i only have one package left.
sorted the laundry, already puti n one load. need to do the rest.
