b/c I need this drama now.

If I happen to disappear in the next day or three, don’t worry! It will most likely be because the house went to shit again, but not because of me lol

We went to pick up my mom from work yesterday around 130ish b/c she was having some chest pains (in back of her sternum though, not really by her heart) and apparently went sheet-white and was dizzy. Well, she insisted it was indigestion and just tried to sleep it off. (She did not let one of the women at the school call an ambulance and had my dad pick me up and then go get her and her car) Well, she woke up this morning and still had some chest pain and finally called the doctor, who said to be in at 1.30, and of course she didn’t even get seen until around 3. She’s at the hospital now for further testing (why didn’t they just start there???) b/c the EKG was essentially inconclusive.

For those who don’t know, my mom spent her 50th birthday having colon surgery to remove a fist sized ball of cancer cells and other cyst-y things. The placement was just so that she lucked out in not having any medical problems from the surgery. They also removed an ovary while they were in there, and biopsied some other stuff, and it turned out they got it all out and she did the chemo thing for about a year and has been in remission since. My mama is one tough bitch to put down. She’s also had three surgeries for hernias, and is just generally worn down now. The cancer struck the same year my sister got so sick and died (2003).

So of course my dad is my dad and is uber worried about mom, and it figures I move back in and her health goes to shit again. Maybe it’s us.

SO if something does turn up (and at this point who the hell knows, she’s also got some ulcers and eroding of the esophagus due to reflux and it just never ends… mom turned 50 and got old all the sudden. I didn’t like it then and I don’t like it now) I will probably be exhausted trying to keep the twins and D at school and home and all this other bullshit that needs to be taken care of. I already take care of a lot of their household stuff, but adding the rest of it just adds up quick.
