Ok, I know most of you are older than I, but ever smack yourself in the head realizing you graduated HS last century? Or last decade? Or two decades ago? Or whenever that sounds like a really fucking long time ago? I haven’t even made 10 years out yet, so it isn’t like a huge deal or anything, just kind of snuck up and bit me in the ass.
One of the LJ communities I am on is for Coral Springs, and someone (who is sporting an 82 birth year I might add) asked if there was anyone out of HS on the list. Well, not too many I am afraid, but I hadn’t realized most were sophomores & juniors. Fuck I feel old. A few are in their first year of college.
Then it was mentioned that CS is suburb central you don’t live here unless you have kids or you are one. Well, that explains it! You know, besides the fact that I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else down here city-wise.
