I don’t know how I feel about this. ON the one hand, the woman should have teh right to birth however she feels, HOWEVER, in getting the doctors involved, and having multiple docs tell her there is something wrong, was she right in having a vaginal birth, and is it right to charge her with murder? Was there something wrong with the woman? Some of the statments in the article say perhaps yes… but I also know how biased any news (live or written) can be and probably is.
Doctors are not god, they don’t know everything, and I persnoally avoid them. But if I put myself in a situation where they knew there was something wrong with my child/red in utero, and could keep one or both of my babies alive, I think I’d have to go against my belief doctors are assholes and let them do their thing.
